Description
Kathakali Tender Mango Pickle is a traditional Kerala-style tender mango pickle, in which the small, whole mangoes are preserved in a spicy, watery brine with a heavy presence of chili and mustard.
Also known as “Kannimanga Achaar,” these tiny mangoes are picked before the stone hardens, resulting in a unique, crunchy texture and a deeply spiced, tangy juice.
